Nevermind, just thought I should clarify the author's language. While the preferences store documents in the "%appdata%%\bittorrent\userdata.ini" folder, those preferences are text based so not quite the same as creating a new account.
If you're still using 7.0, either use 7.1 or 8.0.7 to update, or keep using 7.0 though 7.1 is an older version and closes compatibility gaps with 50e0806aeb sirovyki
