How smart do you have to be to join an Online Think Tank these days? This is an interesting question because you have to pass the IQ tests at Mensa and achieve 133 or higher and it is fairly easy if you practice taking those types of tests a few times; nothing special really.

As the coordinator of a Think Tank Online, which works hard to help fix the world, I am asked this question constantly. One gentleman tells me that he has studied the Electric Scooter Leonardo da Vinci thinking principle series, which is an excellent program for anyone who wishes to think better and more fluidly. Although this gentleman does not have a PhD he is pretty bright.
His job is nothing special works for a newspaper delivery courier. Of course the Wright Brothers were only bicycle mechanics, Einstein was only a patent clerk and one of the smartest people in the world works as a Bar Bouncer. So, hold short on judgment or certificates.

If we look at Stanford's Aerospace Engineer Department we see a design for an Oblique wing and it looks a lot like a newspaper. So, if your vehicle is driving down the road at 20 mph when you launch the newspaper, then surely you have some relative wind if you fling it. But what if you have a launcher unit to propel it and aim it as you go?
Could you take a "Fluorescent" spray can and put a small dot on a tree or on the curb that you could use as a reference point for each shot to insure it hit the porch? I know this sounds like the Scott Trade Commercial, but, in my opinion this might be an example of Leonardo da Vinci style thinking and if you are doing this then by now you must have 100s of ideas.
