Ulysse Nardin - Marine Torpilleur
The new Ulysse Nardin Marine Torpilleur (French for "torpedo boat"), named after the small, fast ships of the 19th century whose agility ensured they could easily defeat larger ships, is a lighter, thinner version of the famous marine chronometer model.
Like its inspiration, the Torpilleur is powered by the in-house self-winding UN-118 caliber and features the same 60-hour power reserve and proprietary silicon-anchor escapement. The movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and is COSC certified.

Ulysse Nardin presents a new Marine Torpilleur watch, available in three different versions and with two different dials: a stainless steel version with a blue dial, a stainless steel version with a white dial and a rose gold version with a white dial.
The 42mm case features a screw-down safety crown and is water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. Its dial retains several typical features of the Marine collection, including Roman numerals, the iconic logo with flashing red "1846" and uniquely shaped hands.
A small seconds subdial surrounds the date window at 6 o'clock, while a 60-hour power reserve indicator is located at 12 o'clock.
The stainless steel model can be equipped with a solid stainless steel bracelet as an alternative to a high-quality alligator leather strap.
